Here for an interview?
Relax! Sit here
with me for a minute.
You’ll do fine. I mean,
look at me. You can
tell I’m not a real horse,
right? But do you realize
I’m not made of bent wood
either? Hard to tell, isn’t
it? Cast bronze—durable
with lots of breathing room.
I seem more than I am.
Not that I’m an imposter.
Noooo. I’ve got imagination.
They like that here.
Others may tell you,
“Just be yourself.”
But the real secret is to be
what you hope to be.
At least give them a glimpse
of it. Think, “Horse!”
